Regulator Sizing ToolsBeta

Size a Utility Solutions Group gas pressure regulator for your application. Enter your inlet pressure, outlet pressure and gas load, and the tool returns the model, body, orifice, seat and spring — along with the Holland Supply part number to order.

Which tool should I use?

  • Use the General Sizing Tool if you know your pressures and load but don't yet know which regulator model you need.
  • Use an individual model tool if you already know the model and want to size that specific regulator.

Before you start, have these ready: inlet (upstream) pressure, desired outlet pressure or set point, and maximum gas load or flow rate. Minimum flow, MAOP and desired pipe size are optional but improve the result.
